The audio of the film ‘Arumbu Meesai Kurumbu Paarvai’ was released by ‘Vennila Kabadi Kuzhu’ director Suseendran and the first copy was received by Vasanthabalan at a function in Chennai on Wednesday.

The event was attended by some of the prominent faces of Tamil film industry, including lyricist Vairamuthu, director Vijay of ‘Kireedam’ and ‘Poi Solla Porom’ fame and the ‘Angadi Theru’ pair Anjali and Mahesh.

Also present were Chandru and Hasini, the hero and heroine of ‘Arumbu Meesai Kurumbu Paarvai’, director of the film Vettriveeran (a former associate of Bharathiraja) and new music composer Rizwan.

In his address, Vairamuthu said he had recommended Rizwan to score music for the movie. “He is a talented musician. I hope the industry, with a generous heart, makes use of his services,” he said. ‘AMKP’ is produced by E Kamal Kumar on New Line Talkies banner.
